Carol Swift

Carol Swift is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in finance, human resources, compliance, fundraising, and government relations.  As Compliance Director at C&V, Carol is responsible for ensuring the firm adheres to compliance regulations including City, State, and Federal lobby reporting requirements. Additionally, she uses her extensive knowledge of financial principals, budgeting, reporting, etc., to assist the CFO and partners in improving the processes used for financial and operational management.  Carol’s experience includes serving as the former Assistant Executive Director of the Knitted Textile Association for over 15 years and as Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Administrator for VIP Community Services.  She also worked as the Executive Assistant to Vice President at the Dryfoos Group.  While there she worked closely with the Vice President in determining the companies’ priorities and making project plans in addition to drafting policy and strategy recommendations for the Vice President.
