Christopher Ellis

Christopher Ellis joins us as Senior Vice President - Albany Lead after serving as the Director of State Legislative Affairs for NYC Mayor Eric L. Adams, where he drove New York City's state legislative agenda and fostered collaboration with elected officials.

Beyond City Hall, Chris serves on the international Board of Directors of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as the 29th Eastern Regional Vice President overseeing nearly 200 chapters across the East Coast and abroad.

Previously, Chris played pivotal roles at the State University of New York, leading workforce development and innovation initiatives, and held key positions in New York State government, including Special Assistant to the CIO and Senior Legislative Analyst for the NYS Assembly.

An alumnus of Dartmouth College and Youngstown State University, Chris has advanced economic policy, public service, and education. As founding Chair of the George Biddle Kelley Education Foundation, he continues to champion mentorship and opportunity for all.
