Maricela Cano

Maricela is a Senior Associate at Constantinople and Vallone. With 9 years of experience in government, Maricela has worked in numerous municipal offices including the NYC Council, the NYS Assembly and the Queens Borough President's Office. As the Director of Community Boards for the Queens Borough President, Maricela worked to appoint the largest number of Community Board members in Queens. She also managed all 14 Community Boards in Queens and worked closely with the Borough President to implement policy changes for Community Boards. 

She has served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Council member Rafael Espinal Jr and Budget Director to Former Council member Eric Ulrich. Her knowledge of the New York City Campaign Finance Board has led her to successfully run two NYC fiscal campaigns. 

A lifelong Queens resident, She is a native Spanish speaker and a former board member of her local Precinct Council.
