Nicholas Lopez
Nicholas Lopez is an Intern at Constantinople & Vallone, where he supports clients across the housing, nonprofit, and public sectors through legislative research, strategic planning, and procurement identification. He also assists with internal operations, including legislative tracking and city and state policy analysis.
Nicholas joined the firm in 2025 and is currently pursuing his MPA at New York University Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy with a focus on Management and Leadership. He graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Sociology and Latin American, Latinx, and Caribbean Studies.
Prior to joining C&V, Nicholas worked in the Legal Department at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), where he processed dozens of high-priority FOIL cases. He also supported local housing strategy as a Housing First Intern with the City of Worcester and held grant writing and fundraising roles with the Forest Foundation and Top Notch Scholars in Massachusetts, securing over $85,000 in philanthropic and endowment funding.
