Perry Vallone
Perry is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey with a distinguished background in real estate and land use. Perry began his career in the Real Estate Department of one of the premier law firms in New Jersey — Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis.
Since 2008, Perry has been working alongside his father at C&V, continuing the family tradition of working “to do the right thing” from a government relations perspective. His ability to develop effective strategies and navigate complicated processes has enabled clients to serve the needs of city, state, and federal governments. Perry has spear-headed several large scale housing developments with his clients, working to create thousands of much needed affordable homes throughout the city. Similarly, Perry connected clients where they needed to provide resources and services needed by the government during the Covid emergency. Perry has helped C&V’s non-profit clients survive difficult economic times by protecting and securing appropriation funding. A cornerstone of Perry’s success is his ability to develop trust and relationships with government officials, business partners and community groups, and his experience enables him to provide unique insights and value to C&V’s clients.
Prior to joining C&V, Perry honed his real estate and land use skills at K. Hovnanian Homes — the #1 homebuilder in New Jersey and consistently ranked in the top ten nationally. Over 15 successful years with K. Hovnanian, he served as Area Counsel, Project Manager, and Land Acquisition Manager, leading the development of strategies to achieve land use milestones, exceed business plans, and attain the highest customer satisfaction ratings.
He and his wife Mary recently celebrated the birth of their second grandchild and they are proud of their three children: Samantha, Matthew and Nicholas. Perry is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of Monmouth University and Cum Laude graduate of St. John’s University Law School.
